ADOPT THE ROLE OF CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE ON SITE, SUBSEQUENT VALUE

IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONTRACTORS, WE IDENTIFIED DESIGN ALTERNATIVES
WHICH ALLOWED REDUCED LEVELS OF POST-TENSIONING IN THE MAIN SPAN AND
THE INTEGRATION OF ALL THREE SPANS, WITHOUT CHANGING THE NATURE OF
THE ORIGINAL DESIGN.
IT ALSO MATCHED THE CONTRACTOR’S CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY, REDUCED
THE DEGREE OF TEMPORARY WORKS AND SIMPLIFIED THE SLIDING PLACEMENT.
We
have always achieved the best outcome through close collaboration
with the client, consultant team and contractor beginning at the concept
stage. By making sure we understand a client’s risk profile
and needs, we can effectively and confidently manage that risk and
tailor the design to specific needs. Holmes has worked with many great
teams on a wide range of projects.
