TRANZ RAIL LTD. REQUIRED HOLMES TO UNDERTAKE THE FULL ANALYSIS, DESIGN, DETAIL, AND DOCUMENTATION OF THE NEW RAIL BRIDGE - AND TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BRIDGE TO OCCUR WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME FRAME DUE TO RAIL OPERATIONS.
