Cape Kidnappers

Cape Kidnappers is an award-winning tourist destination and the golf course is internationally regarded as one of the most beautiful in the world. In its former life, the area was a sheep station. This project required extensive civil works before construction could begin on the various structures.

The civil works include a road from the main road. The road required 12 bridges over the river bed and one over a steep gorge for a total of 13 bridges. The property required a reservoir that was located 6km from the source. To complicate matters, these projects were performed in environmentally sensitive terrain and crosses an active sheep farm.

A 600 sqm maintenance shed was constructed as was the golf club.

The second stage of development entailed the lodge and the chalets, including the "Owners Cottage".
