Creating the most sustainable commercial office building in the country? A tall order but one embraced by everyone involved in The Deloitte Centre development.

The short video (right) talks about the journey from the Bank of New Zealand's desire for an environmentally sustainable Head Office building in Auckland, to the ultimate achievement of a building that is not only an engaging place to work but is also good to the earth.

Holmes Consulting Group took on some significant engineering challenges to support the completion of this majestic building, including integrating the new development with the façade of the historic Jean Batten building.
