Our teams fit seamlessly into a greater project team making it easier for the project manager to ensure that everything happens at the right time. The projects featured above are just a few of the many projects that Holmes has designed over the last 50 years or so.

  • ANZ tower: Working together with Hawkins Construction, the project team developed a pre-cast system which allowed for rapid construction.
  • Carlaw Park is a well-known former athletic park.
  • The Deloitte Centre occupies a full central city block in downtown Auckland.
  • Kakariki House: The building is Green Star rated - and is a great example of rehabilition.
  • Carlaw Park: This property has earned a Green Star rating of four.
