Meet Steve Spence - he's one of our Senior Drafters in the Queenstown office.  Steve's been at Holmes for 6 years and came from a mechanical drafting background.  After some initial training, Steve quickly got up to speed with structural drafting and is now one of our most talented drafters.

He says, "At Holmes, I am encouraged to work how I work best. During winter you will often find me up one of the local ski fields doing laps in the terrain park or tracking out the powder should the snow gods have been kind that night. When this is during the working week I am able to make up the time spent on the mountain later in the office".
