Metropolis

The Metropolis is a 40 storey, 316 unit apartment development located on the city block bounded by High Street, Kitchener Street, and Courthouse Lane in downtown Auckland and provides both owner occupier and serviced apartment hotel rooms. It is the tallest residential structure in New Zealand.

Entry to the hotel is via the refurbished historic Magistrates Courthouse building at level 3 off Kitchener Street 

The Magistrates Courthouse building was completely refurbished and provides the lobby, restaurants and entertainment facilities for the hotel.
