Our team has designed more than 1500 floors in New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region. This has given the group a vast pool of knowledge to draw on within this challenging discipline.

Multi-storey buildings must meet the functional requirements of their users while fulfilling owners' profit requirements. Our team goes to great lengths to understand client aims from an early stage, carrying out a detailed analysis to establish the appropriate construction techniques and materials for the project. The group has pioneered several pre-cast concrete frame designs which not only reduce material and labour costs but also offer significant time savings. During construction we work closely with building contractors to minimise disruption and delay.

The group has been involved in hundreds of multi-storey developments varying in type from office towers and public buildings to hotels, retail malls and apartment complexes. We have been awarded many landmark projects based on merit and are often asked to participate in the development process because of the value our experience adds.
