Property Council New Zealand 2010 Awards

Property Council New Zealand held its annual Awards dinner tonight.

Holmes Consulting Group continues to sponsor the award for Tourism & Leisure Property. At right, Bruce Black discusses the award and our longtime participation with Property Council NZ.

Seven projects that Holmes Consulting worked on were singled out:

Both the Deloitte Centre - in Auckland (Commercial/Office) and the High Performance Rowing Centre (Special Purpose) won Excellence Awards.

Merit Awards went to:

Te Ahi, part of the Post Office Precinct in Queenstown (Mixed Use);

Carlaw Commerical (Mixed Use), Auckland;

Deloitte Centre (Green Building category),

Braemar Hospital (Special Purpose), Hamilton

and The Pacific, Mount Maunganui (Tourism & Leisure)
