Studholme Dairy Factory

The Studholme project was a greenfields project built on the old Skegs factory site in Studholme.  All site services had to be replaced to accommodate the $121 M project.

Our brief was to provide civil, structural, architectural design services for all buildings and site services totalling $27M dollars.  Holmes Group were engineer to the building contract and carried out all administration.

We had a very short time frame - 11 months from design to completion. This turnaround was accomplished and is the fastest such turnaround in the dairy industry in New Zealand.
