Urban Search and Rescue

Engineering Insight, the magazine of the Institution of Professional Engineers (IPENZ), has published a story on the role of Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) in Christchurch. The story, penned by Pip Adam, covers not only the history of the USAR around the world, but also their specific involvement with the quakes.
